Brew Your Potion: Use your favorite sweetener to bring out the subtle fruity notes. Try a spoonful of honey or sugar and adjust to taste. Hot Tea: Use 1 teaspoon of potion per 6-8 oz of water. Bring water to a rolling boil or nearly boiling (190°F-212°F) and steep for 3-5 minutes.Iced Tea, Punch, & Ritual Beverage: Use 1 rounded tablespoon of potion per 8 oz of water. Steep for 5 minutes. Remove spent tea, sweeten to taste, and chill your infusion. Pour chilled potion over ice and enjoy.Friday’s Favorite: Steep 1 oz in 2 quarts hot water for 5 minutes. Add 1 ½ cups sugar and ⅓– ½ cup lemon juice. Add ice to make 1 gallon.Adult Ritual Beverages & Cocktails: Mix a tablespoon of your infusion (above) into 4-6 oz mead or wine. For a Witchy cocktail, or add 1 oz vodka to 6 oz infusion over ice. Add extra sweetener before chilling and use in place of cranberry juice in your favorite cocktails!
