Email & Communications

A receipt is sent as soon as you complete your checkout.  Check for mail from the Practical Witch shop (be sure is in your address book or “safe” list so it doesn’t hit the spam/junk folder).  PayPal users will receive an additional notice from PayPal for transactions.

Tracking Your Shipment

Orders are usually shipped out on the next business day.  You should receive your items within 3 to 5 business days in the United States.  Your tracking information will appear in your order history when you log in and we will send it to you in an email.


You may return any item in new condition for a full refund within 30 days.  We refund your original shipping, but cannot pay for return shipping.  Customized items (such as unique personal perfumes) cannot be returned.

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, Contact Us within 7 days of your order’s delivery (according to tracking information).  We may ask you to return the item and send you a refund or replacement, or make other arrangements depending on your situation.

Digital downloads and access passes to online materials can be refunded only if our servers indicate that the material was never downloaded or accessed.


This is for any address in the United States according to the U.S. Postal Service’s “domestic” rates, including APO, Virgin Islands, etc. We usually send via Priority Mail, less often sent by First Class.  Our standard shipping takes about 3-5 business days.

Orders of $79.99 or under: Shipping is $8
Orders of $80 or over: Free Shipping

Shipping: Outside of the United States

We are unable to ship to areas outside of the domestic U.S.A., Virgin Islands, APO, or areas listed in the U.S. shipping above.

If you are in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, or Japan, Contact Us and we will refer you to local bookstores with lower shipping fees.
